Property building in Piazza Hotel Nara
Piazza Hotel Nara is probably one of the most impeccable hotels that's situated right at JR Nara station. It is a convenient starting point for exploring the shopping streets which lead up to Nara Park. The hotel has comprehensive facilities and amenities available to guests, including lovely buffet menus, and room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was earnest in understanding and communicating in English with English-speaking guests and provided excellent service. Definitely my top choice of accommodation in Nara.

Great location, part of JR Nara train and bus station. Covered walkway to shopping, trains, and buses. Wonderful supermarket next door and convenience store on 1st floor. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but didn't speak much English. I needed to switch rooms, and staff made that easy to do. Rooms were spacious, and beautiful. I especially loved the shower with a window. I would definitely stay there again

The bed was so comfy, clean, and had the extra pillows I requested and I enjoyed relaxing and watching a little TV, but mostly relaxed happily and read my book. The bathroom was AMAZING. I enjoyed the beautiful shower room. The staff was kind. I was intrigued by the little robot cleaning the carpets in the walkways. That was cool. It's the little things.

Rosaline

The bathroom facilities -- the shower and the bathtub - offer best value for money. The work desk, though small, is functional enough for doing actual work. Wifi connection is good. The kettle, the teabags and the amenities are well equipped and maintained. The location is excellent - 2 mins' direct access to the station.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel which was close to the train station and in a great location for access to transport services. Our room was lovely and we had everything we needed. The staff on reception were welcoming and polite at all times.
